"El Tabador"

The long-running Koodo “El-Tabador” campaign is a Bent in-house favorite. Director Rob Shaw and his team designed the original “El-Tabador” character for Koodo Mobile, and collaborated closely with the agency to flesh out his personality and create his never-ending half-macho, half-innocent scenarios selling the millennial brand. The result was a hugely successful five-year multi-media partnership including television and digital broadcast, print, and physical production of the “El Tabador” character in a figurine give-away. During the 5 year campaign, Koodo became ‘Canada’s number one recommended national mobile phone company’
