For the collaborative release of Eric Prydz’s and CHVRCHES single, “Tether”, director Julien Vanhoenacker was commissioned by Virgin Records to adapt work from his short film LLAPSE to spawn an original music video set to fit the upbeat rhythm of the track. With more than :60s of added material created to achieve the desired effect, the video features hovering pyrite cubes within gorgeous CGI metropolises and landscapes, symbolically used to reflect and adapt to the effects of their surrounding environments.
